  • Extra accountability with an accountability tracker, plus Amy will personally check in on your workouts each week.

  • Free access to the Ayama with Amy yoga platform where you can access over 40 hours worth of videos for free.

  • A 1:1 call with Amy to discuss goals and answer any specific questions you may have.

  • Yes! This program is designed for you to be able to workout wherever you feel comfortable, and give you a clear plan based on your goals.

  • The program is customized to meet your needs, so if you don’t have equipment don’t worry! The program will be designed so that you can workout with everything you already have.

  • Yes. This is a self-led program that you do on your own, however we have a Slack community where everyone from the program can connect with one another.

    Amy will provide demos for exercises that you have questions about.

  • Then this program is not for you! You can book a consult with Amy to find out what would be the best next step for you to reach your goals.

  • Nope! Each workout you can do with your own equipment wherever you are! All exercises can be modified to fit your levels and needs.

  • We will have a group kick off on January 14th, 2024!
